Tip:
Never combine meat with rice or carbohydrates if you want to lose weight. As delicious as the dish on the picture might seem, this will not allow you to lose weight! According to the scientists, that is a deadly combination for the ones who try to lose weight and such a combination is not advised at all. And yet another thing, try not to drink anything when you have your meal if you want to lose weight. This will make it harder for your stomach to digest the food so it's better not to have any drink while you eat!
