Tip: Park your car on the last spot on your parking lot if you want to lose weight. Most people try to get the nearest parking spot but if you park your car a little further, you will get to walk a little and lose weight! And the best thing is to go to work on foot if it's close enough to walk there, it's more convenient and it will help you lose weight a lot!
