Vitamin Rich Foods

Getting a proper amount of vitamins everyday is very crucial so it's really important to eat food that have essential vitamins. Most of these vitamin full foods are very delicious and you get to choose. The National Cancer Institute recommends choosing:

  • At least one vitamin A rich fruit or vegetable each day,
  • At least one vitamin C rich fruit or vegetable each day,
  • At least one high-fiber fruit or vegetable each day and
  • Numerous cruciferous vegetables a week. These vegetables are proven to offer protection against certain cancers.
