Tip: Switch to olive oil! The old fashioned corn oil has many more disadvantages than the olive oil. On the other hand, the olive oil apart from helping you to lose extra pounds, it is also healthy for the body even if you consider yourself fit. Nevertheless, less oil used is always the best choice, despite if it is olive or corn oil!
